Returns

Every From My Perspective product is made and assembled in-house with intention and care. Because of that, all sales are considered final.

That said, we stand behind the experience of From My Perspective and want you to feel confident in your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’ll make it right.


Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, we’ve got you.

Just reach out within 72 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the issue

Once we review it, we’ll:

  • Send a replacement, or
  • Issue a refund

No stress—we’ll take care of you.


What We Don’t Cover

To keep things fair and sustainable, we don’t accept returns for:

  • Change of mind after purchase
  • Incorrect shipping info entered at checkout
  • Small variations that come with handmade products

Each piece is made by hand, so slight differences are part of what makes your box uniquely yours.


Shipping Notes

Once your order leaves our hands, it’s in the care of the shipping carrier.

We’re not responsible for:

  • Carrier delays
  • Lost or stolen packages marked as delivered

If anything comes up, we’re still happy to point you in the right direction.


Refunds (if approved)

If a refund is approved, it will be sent back to your original payment method.

Please allow 5–10 business days for it to process depending on your bank.
